it's gross bedbugs,roaches,smells evevators always breaking down.wssher and dryer don't work half time.drugs and homeless people walking around in building people sick or dieing in this building it need to be shut down.
This place is disgusting. it is eat up with bed bugs, rats, and roaches and no one seems to care!! Maintenance doesn't fix anything. The whole building needs to be shut down.
On call maintenance man threatens and verbally abuses the other elderly residents, and family. This will be handled with the proper authorities as my family has dealt with this for 7 years. I will also be voicing other complaints on the lack of staff care or knowledge, especially during this pandemic to the corporate personnel. The health and living conditions are beyond disgusting and NOT properly taken care of, which will also be reported to proper authorities for a follow up.

I like it here so far it's been since February and the staff has been great to me .. Mike always greets me with a smile and a hello.. pam always got a kind word to say to everyone.... And everyone loves my dog....
I've lived here almost a year and never had any issues. Great staff that are very kind and knowledgeable. They will help you all that they can. 3 bedroom is very spacious and clean.
