I’ve been going to Dr. Ping for the past 15 years and she’s great. However, I had a very disappointing experience with how my appointment was handled by the receptionist. My appointment was cancelled because she claimed they had called to confirm and I didn’t answer. I’m very disappointed with my experience at this dental office. I was recommended multiple procedures that later felt unnecessary, and more than one filling fell out not long after being done. Having to return for repairs was inconvenient and concerning. I expected better judgment in treatment planning and higher-quality dental work. If you have a dental plan they’ll take advantage of that. I’d rate them 0 stars if I could.
They talk too much than work specifically on cavities filling purpose .
