Walked in and staff took me right away didnt have to wait which I thought was great. The place seemed clean and well kept. This was my first time ever here. Massage was pretty decent. Seems reasonably priced. Reason it didnt get 5 stars in my opinion. Very pushy on the tip part. Also the lady that started my massage had to leave and I got another lady both seemed to know what they was doing though. The massage was pretty good, but she kept yelling through the curtain in her language and it was very distracting. I felt like Elaine from Seinfeld in the episode that she went to get her nails done and the manicurist was talking about her to the other manicurists in Korean. Every time the chime went off, when another customer came in, she would stop my massage and go to the curtain and look. It certainly was not a relaxing experience. I had a full body massage provided by Helen!! It was absolutely amazing! My back and neck were very tense and tied up in knots! She was diligent in working them out ! I was sore after but can't wait to go again! I needed that! Thank you Helen!
Absolutely terrible experience. My wife and I went there about a month ago. We had an appointment, but they still made us wait 40 minutes: first telling us to walk around the mall for 20 minutes, then making us sit on their couch for another 20.
