I came to Morning Pointe 2 years ago from an older facility . I have found Morning Pointe a breath of fresh air in a world people live out their lives . It is truly a wonderful place . There is no one on the staff or the residents that i do not like .

I’ve been incredibly impressed with the improvements made by the new management team. The Executive Director is professional, approachable, and genuinely supportive, and the staff are equally kind and helpful. The positive changes are noticeable. It’s clear they’re committed to creating a positive and comfortable environment, and it shows.

Our family had a deeply disappointing and distressing experience with The Lantern at Morning Pointe of Franklin. Given the medication-management concerns and what felt like a constructive discharge, I would give zero stars if I could. My father has dementia, and we trusted this facility to safely manage his memory care, medications, communication, and care planning.
