Horrible service. Fired me because i ended up gettin sick for a few days, owner called me in and told me id never make it in life, talked so rudely and horrible to me. All for getting sick back in February.. they really dont care about people. again, ILLEGALLY FIRED ME BECAUSE I GOT SICK WITH THE FLU. I even had doctor notes.
I engaged MGHC for 2 shifts of home health care services after a surgery. I met with the owner and the nursing staff a few weeks prior to the procedure and they were extremely professional and responsive to my concerns. When surgery day arrived, the MGHC aide and nursing staff member arrived on time and were very kind and competent. A different aide was assigned on day #2, and she likewise was punctual and very helpful. I have only praise for MGHC and will use them again if the need arises.
