Ryan did great and got me on my way. Great service 2 days in a row taking care of both trucks
Larry did an excellent job being an intermediary the only reason 4 stars is because it took awhile for the repairs to be completed
Taking my car to the dealership was probably the biggest mistake. I made the second was running into Tony Hernandez As a service advisor… Definitely worst experience at a dealership …..his customer service his communication and his compassion for customer service was definitely not part of the hiring criteria.☝🏻😔
Big disappointment with the Moritz team. I sent my vehicle to get serviced, and whomever was in the shop working on my vehicle forgot to set my securement clips to my coil packs other than the one that got replaced. (See picture), which could have cause further issues. There was no recommendations on replacing all of the coil packs, even though I was told it was just the #6 coil that was bad. Then to top it off, my vehicle engine is still shuttering (having the same issues I took it in for) and I find that there are two rear... read more
