Because I have always received the best service and also the greatest help from Mr Roberto in sales and from Mr Ryan in the service department.
Keep having issues with check engine light coming on so this time they changed some sort of fuel sensor and it seemed to fix it. Hopefully it stays off. The team did great as usual at troubleshooting the problem
Avoid this dealership at all costs The service department is an absolute joke. I filed my first warranty claim seven months ago and have since left 12 voicemails. Not one has been returned. I have a brand new Colorado that is leaking a quart of oil a month, the latest OTA update drains the battery if it sits for 48 hours, and there is a dent in the roof from their carwash, which is a known issue with a service bulletin. Too notch all the way. No one like being without their ride. However, Moritz Chevy did everything I expected from a company that cares about their customers. They gave me an honest estimate on time and cost of repair. They drove me home and employed Uber to pick me up to collect my vehicle. I have been very satisfied with Moritz Chevrolet Service Department and staff. Good job!
Car had noises coming from the engine area after the oil change! I was give the checklist of things they checked and it apparently was all green. I'm pretty upset about that..
