Very rude and dishonest service department... My son, who brought his vehicle in with ac issues had to wait 26 days before it was finally returned. The service department repeatedly told him it would be ready on a certain day with each date given there would be another excuse after excuse as to why it wasn't ready. Communicaiton was not up to par...technician was either out to lunch or had left for the day. I brought my 3.0 Duramax in for a simple oil change and was met with complete indifference. I sat in the service bay while employees sat at their desks eating pizza, pretending not to notice customers waiting. No greeting, no acknowledgment, nothing. I finally had to go inside just to get checked in, and that set the tone for the rest of the visit. More than two hours passed with no communication.
