My first trip into the store was yesterday and I couldn’t be happier. I first contacted them through messenger inquiring about a pair of Brooks shoes to see if they had them in my size, they replied very quickly they did and they would set them aside for me to pick up the following day. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by Heather who pulled the shoes from behind the counter so I could try them on and 2 minutes later I was out the door. Great store, great customer service.
