Their service department is the worst service I’ve seen in a very long time. I don’t know how they stay in busy with such unprofessional group of people. 4 or 5 people sitting at counter at one time and no one can what you need. Thank goodness for eBay and internet services.
We had the most enjoyable experience with Morgantown Powersports, from countless calls and conversations with Brody, Nathan with helping size Travis up with his gear, to Raphael delivering to the middle of nowhere. Everyone there, in my opinion, went above and beyond to make a 12 yr old young man very happy. Thank you all so much! Travis is doing great on the new bike having no problems at all. You all have definitely earned a repeat and loyal customer with us!!
