We were looking for a new quality used truck with low miles and had settled on a GMC Sierra 1500. Found a 2023 Sierra 1500 with 14095 miles on vroom at Moses Auto Group. We had looked a few other dealers with similar trucks both were 2023s with mileage in the mid 30k, one dealer worked with us and the other wouldn’t at all on a lesser truck than the other two. I dropped my car off on Wednesday evening, May 28, for a 9:00 AM appointment on Thursday, May 29. I didn’t hear anything all day Thursday, so I called at 3:29 PM and was told the car hadn’t been looked at yet because they were busy. I followed up again on Friday, May 30 at 12:05 PM, and spoke with Blaine, who told me my car was “next in line” to be looked at after lunch.
