We just had flooring installed in second home, and we’ve used GCO both times. They are the ONLY flooring company I would EVER trust! Great service from showroom to installation! DO NOT USE THIS PLACE IF YOU ARE A WOMAN LIVING ALONE!!!! The man who came to fix my carpet made me feel incredibly unsafe and uncomfortable. He also just barged into my apartment after knocking only once standing outside for maybe 30 seconds! CREEPY AND SCARY MEN! DO NOT USE THEM!
I went on a Saturday after calling about hardwood flooring on Thursday. The staff was courteous and helpful. However they only carry engineered hardwood which was not what I wanted. The gentleman called his suppliers to see if they would be open on Monday to help me order through them. It didn't work out but they tried all they could to help.
