Dr. Mancini is a wonderful eye doctor. My daughter and I have been patients for about eight years and have never had any complaints. The staff is also very friendly and courteous.
Was impressed from the first phone call to book my appointment when the receptionist actually walked me through my insurance to see what options were available to get the treatment I needed in the most affordable way. The service all the way through though was exceptional. I also really appreciated not having to get dilated!
Took my son there to have his eyes checked, dr was great and staff seemed good until there was an issue when my son broke his glasses a month later and we paid the $25 deductible and they ruined the lenses putting them in another frame and then tried to tell me they were like that when I brought them in. Why would I have paid $25 dollars for a new frame if the lenses weren't any good? The office manager behaved unprofessionally when dealing with an issue that was the result of faulty bookkeeping by the accounts receivable staff of Morgantown Eye Associates. An error was made on my daughter's account in 2010 and she was turned over to a collection agency for a balance she didn't owe. We had no knowledge of this action until late in 2015 when my daughter was attempting to get approved for a mortgage.
