I lived here for 2 years. The landlord and maintenance were friendly and quick to solve issues. The apartment itself was in great shape, the nicest place in town at this price I’ve seen.

The service here from the property manager, Darian, is AMAZING. She was so friendly, and immediately eager to help however she could. She’s very personable, friendly, kind, and does her job VERY well.
While I was in the midst of trying to rush to find somewhere to live, the Property Manager, Darian, did everything she could try to to help me find somewhere in the timeframe I needed to move in, and even though it did not work out (Solely due to when I needed to move in, and availability) I highly recommend these properties, and working with Darian to find something. She was amazing at trying to find everything that fit my needs and worked with me directly, and I've never had that kind of experience with a leasing office be... read more
Oh my God…I can not believe how absolutely dishonest these people are..we left this apartment in great shape and the charges for things we weren’t supposed to do..the balcony ..that’s their job to clean the filthy railing ..it was dirty when we moved in ..cannot get over how picky and just plain dishonest they are..I’m beyond angry
