I m waiting on a settlement now through Morgan and Morgan and I won't recommend them to anyone they don't communicate professionally they don't give updates,It's hard to reach my supposedly lawyer no feedback, what's so ever,I had to get information from the person in this vehicle accident with me lawyer cause they didn't even use the same,then they quoted one amount turns out it's lower than that so I feel like some scamming going on at this point I m about to get the news team involved cause this is ridiculous been waiting... read more

After reading these reviews me and my grandma are very concerned. She had a bad wreck back in October where a man had pulled out in front of her that ended with all airbags deployed and car totaled. She has multiple fractures and her whole body bruised. She's was hospitalized and has been to dr after dr since for her injuries and pain that she has been in. I feel I made a HUGE mistake hiring Morgan and Morgan for my case. Their commercials make you feel warm and fuzzy about fighting for the little guy but it's not true; unless your case is worth millions. Had an accident back in Dec of 2021, was rear-ended sitting still at a red-light and my car was totalled. Long story short I went with M & M to fight for me and in the beginning, they were all in to get me compensated; asking $20,000. My case has been going on for almost a year a case that probably should've have been done months ago. I was done with my treatments since April my caseworker FINALLY put a offer in back in late August 🤔 the insurance company sent the check out September 2 when I asked about signing release papers I was told she was trying to get my bills reduced (what were you doing for the last 6/7 months🤨) it has now been in you guys possession for 2 months and still NOTHING. You guys don't answer calls or emails in a timely fashion.... read more

Morgan&Morgan says the are for the people that the biggest lie ever they are anything but ! Use this law firm at your own risk âšï�� they are the worst ! My case has been settled since October 20th the proposal for settlement was sent to them since sept 2 nd which they just sat on and waited for litigation to begin and then said they had to take 40% instead of 33.3% now I am still waiting for my pay out and it seems no one in the company knows how the process works I was told a check was cut and sent via ***** two days a... read more

I was involved in a rear end accident in February 2021 and was accepted by Morgan and Morgan to represent me on my case. They Morgan and Morgan referred me for physical therapy, chiropractic treatment and MRI's. I completed all treatment in July 2021 even though I still suffer pain from the accident I sought no further treatment.
