If I would've done my homework and did my research...I would have NEVER chosen this law firm. I gave this "law firm" my accident and injury case in June 22 and it's been nothing but unprofessional. I have to call and email the case planner, litigation team every few weeks to see the status of my case. Every time, I would call, most times, it goes straight to voicemail. I went to all the MRI appointments, doctors that they suggested (Psychologist, Podiatrist and etc) and therapy without fail. I even did the UNDEROATH intervie... read more

I contacted Morgan and Morgan about an issue and my inquiry did not make it past the scripted pre-screened interview. It's my opinion that if Morgan and Morgan does not anticipate making a ton of money from a potential case they want nothing to do with it. Which is contradictory to their commercials that they put out there. Another case, different than the one noted above, was referred to Morgan and Morgan, and AGAIN, it didn't make it past the scripted pre-screening. And in this case, Morgan and Morgan called me. This place is beyond useless, was told I don't have a claim which I agreed with and now for the last 2 weeks the automated service calls me and leaves a voice-mail for me to call them back. I'm fed up. Stop calling my number or the next call I receive from your office I will be forced to file harassment charges. Hopefully we understand each other.

The company seemed great at first when I initially filed my case but once I submitted all the information the communication stopped. It has been 7 months and I have never spoken to an attorney. I left several emails and phone messages for the paralegal and attorney. I will be retaining a new attorney and DO NOT recommend anyone using this company!

They are more interested in collecting data than representing clients. They spent most of a half hour on the phone asking questions that were not related to the case only to say they wouldn't take my case, no reason given. They had a simple workplace injury case and several months ago a simple medical malpractice misdiagnosis case, didn't accept either one. Don't waste your time with them!

The worst. I'm sorry I paid them to do some work. The person that answers the phone needs an attitude adjustment. Waiting since June to hear about my case, they claim it was filed. But court claims it was not filed. Will not recommend them.

My case manager never called back or explained what I was signing. The documents just showed up in my email. I called customer service they connected me with the lawyer but then the lawyer charged me for the phone call when all I wanted was to talk to the case manager. Last, costs deducted on top of the 40% Attorney fee. What's the attorney fee for if not used for the case. Almost 1/4 of what was left went to costs. I don't think they are for the people more for their pockets

For the people? My assigned attorney has horrible communication. Said that they saw I called but never called me back till 2 weeks laters just sent his paralegal. No update as and when I finally speak to the attorney he was speaking to me in the most condescending way. Like I was an inconvenience to him even though I am the client. Worst experience ever
