************ WASTERS I started working with M&M in march 2025. Ive been emailed twice total, asking for info they already had from me. Now, after 6 months jumping through their hoops of medical treatment 5 days a week, M&M calls to say that my car insurance accepted responsibility for an accident without my consent. This s law firm is ********. You get the sob story of his 16yo injured brother, looking out for the small guy, blah, blah, blah. and thats why he became a lawyer speech while waiting on someone to taker your call. Well, Im the small guy in my case, and they didnt so much as give me a reach-around. Absolutely TERRIBLE Law Firm. Wife got in an accident. Started out with one lawyer then got a different one about a year and a half later with out even calling and telling us. NEVER MET either lawyer. Lied about what case was worth didnt get a third of what they said. Took almost 3 years to get what we did. TERRIBLE customer service. Would take weeks and even months to get a hold of lawyers.. Yes they are the biggest. In the world and you are NOTHING but another case to them. WARNING to all!!! Hired Morgan & Morgan to handle my disability case (process started early 2/2025). Sent all paperwork, documents to my attorney, ***** ********. Had communication with her first couple months, last we spoke my case was the in determination phase with Florida which was early April. She stopped all commo with me in late April (phone calls/emails). Continued trying to contact her, nothing! Spoke to several supervisors who promised to return my calls, again nothing. For the people what a scam...got hurt at the hardrock and big bad Morgan did NOTHING because they would have actually had to do some actual work instead of folding like they did because Hardrock is the Seminole Indians and are a sovereign nation so it would have required them to actually work for me (FOR THE PEOPLE)....USELESS FIRM OUT FOR NOTHING BUT THE QUICK EASY PROFITS ********* ANYONE BUT THEM!!!! If. I can give 0 stars I WOULD MORGAN MORGAN ***** . Communication **** everthing bout them ***** . They take almost 3 years with your case den they will settle take almost another year to receive the check. OVERALL EXPERIENCE I WONT BE BACK !!!! Morgan & Morgan had at first seemed pretty good. Seemed like would help, specially with medical stuff. They even wanted me to have surgery on my back. But I wouldn't do it, heard to many horror stories about back surgeries. But before then even an attorney had called and spoken to me cause he was concerned and generally seemed to care.
