This firm is a fee mill. I signed up with them for an auto accident. There was little to no communication with them. Getting a hold of someone that had information on my case was like trying to get a hold of the president. When you did get a hold of them you received "working on it" with no details. This went on for 2 years. They lead you to believe they are I had a phone call meeting time with a lawyer and no one called. Waited 1 hour and finally gave their main number a call. The receptionist looked into why they hadnt and the lawyer decided if wasnt there wasnt a case worth pursuing. Would have been nice to have been told that the first 2 phone calls I had with the lawyer decided firm. I had a clear-cut case stopped for the car in front of me and was rear-ended at full speed pushing my car while my foot was on the break 8 ft. Had to go to concussion therapy for months chiropractor doctor's appointments and they dropped my case saying I had limited tort, it shouldn't matter what I have, it's what the other person did was neglect I lost time from work meaning money and my car value went down. They dropped my case after 7 months with no indication they were doing it

December 2021 I applied for Social Security Disability. The Lawyer did nothing. They kept switching lawyers and assistants. Social Security denied me. I would never recommend Morgan and Morgan as a lawyer. There is no reason my case should have been denied. Morgan and Morgan did nothing to win my case. If you're looking for a personal Injury attorney. Do not hire Morgan& Morgan at first, they are very helpful, however with their medical contractors, when their finished you won't get a dime, you might end up have to pay medical bills out of your own pocket

I had retained Morgan and Morgan Plantation location a few years back when my high profile security company started paying all the officers in cash and sure change themall of the overtime which was thousands and it was virtually open and shut case with all of the documentation however the Plantation attorney Never followed up kept all my information so that I would lose the case if I changed attorneys which I had to and the only I see is that they have pursued strictly high-end claims and really for anyone less than $20,000 ... read more
