I can see from all the other reviews all of us were treated pretty much the same way. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, TERRIBLE COMMUNICATION, Never returned calls and after 2 months sent me an email telling me they weren’t taking my case. I have lawyers in my family and even they said they weren’t the right choice that they aren’t for the people they are for the money. Someone should really look into this very unethical law firm. My Lawyer, Anneke **********, and Litigator Cynthia *****, from the Offices in Santa Monica, CA ARE ABSOLUTELY THE BEST. They are attentive, empathetic, sympathetic, courteous, professional, and to me most importantly kind. It's not easy to find these qualities and more in the hard core legal field in today's society. This firm is terrible. When you call you get a non trained person who takes information from you and has always told me they do not practice many legal cases I have talked about. When I ask them what law they do practice the person says nothing. They say they will call you back and never do. I have never been treated worse by any law firm such as Morgan and Morgan are by far the absolute worst firm to deal with. I recommend people go elsewhere for legal advice and counsel. Note even worth the 1 they force you to click.

I switched to a local attorney due to poor communication from Morgan & Morgan and now they refuse to give my case file to my new attorney! Unethical and unprofessional!

After a little over the year with Morgan & Morgan..the poor lack of communication and countless phone calls and no response. All of a suddenan email instead of a phone. The case is being dropped. Wow!!! You guys really know how to add insult to injury!!! Thank you for sharing your experience. I called and left a voicemail for my so-called attorney to request a brief update on my case. A few moments later, he returned my call and was immediately hostile and belligerent. He stated, in an incredibly rude and disgusted tone, "youll get an update when I get an update," before abruptly hanging up on me.This latest incident follows a previous call where he referred to a prior communication that never occurred, and was mistaken about both my name and the specific details of my case.Each time I inquire on the status of ou... read more
