Disgusted with the way we are being treated, First case workers have been changed several times without letting us know we had to find out on our own.. then whoever is supposed to zoom with us and didnt!!. Since when do attorneys take a 40% cut from an award? So Morgan and Morgan is "For the people"? What people , the attorneys that work for the firm? I stuck my neck out an d told my daughter in law to use Morgan and Morgan and thank God she negotiated your firm down to the regular rate of 33.3%. Very disappointed in Morgan and Morgan.
My car was totaled by another person running a yellow light in 2018. Rob Varner was assigned to my case and he was INCONSISTENT AND IMPOSSIBLE TO REACH!! HIS ENTIRE TEAM WAS NEVER AVAILABLE TO ME. The change over with staff was constant, I never knew who I was supposed to be contacting because it changed every 3 months. Then, I went almost 2 years without hearing from anyone...... Wasted a year and a 1/2 have all a worthless complaint only to be dropped because my attorney had no interest of what I wanted out of my case. He also dropped one of my depositions without me telling him too. Just close out my case Treated me like a nobody.
