Sign says their milkshakes bring all the kids to the yard and they weren’t lying. Tastes homemade. Kid loved the bubble gum shake. Big hit!
My grandkids, daughter and I visited Morgan Hill Creamery on 7/15/26 at approx 345. We were so looking forward to this visit but unfortunately, we felt like we were bothering the young man who served us. He was short and his attitude definitely needed an adjustment. We couldn’t order and get out of there fast enough. It’s a total shame to have an employee who treats people so poorly. Definitely not an asset to this MH business. We will come back, but turn away if Alie is at the counter. Poor service but excellent ice cream!
Ice cream ok nothing memorable. Especially given time to park. Service chaotic and disorganized. Is there a line? Register in middle of 2 cases. People milling about served randomly. Two workers when we arrived but one left and we got overlooked.....
My boyfriend and I came in for the first time on 6/14. We were really excited to try a new ice cream place - I personally really enjoyed my ice cream, my boyfriend felt the ice cream was lacking flavor. But truly the reason I’m not giving it 5 stars was the service. Our receipt says Liz so I’m assuming that’s who was there.
