Setting up the appt was great, spoke to a human being instead of Gilroy's robots, they said they are at lunch from 12-1 so we had our appt right at 1pm, they said it would be quick it was just a recall for a floor mat. We switched our doctor appts around and had to drive from out of town for this, we get there and they took 20 minutes to finally speak to us after multiple employees ignored us, then said it would be 3 hours because everybody was busy with other cars(even though lunch time supposedly just ended and all the mec... read more

Costco auto needs to stop doing business with these guys. Big time slime balls. They will lure you in and will sell you basically a lemon. My brand new car had a panel in the trunk that was basically broken. They say it was an easy fix and will take care of it for me immediately.
