This place is nearly impossible to schedule an appointment. They want you to walk in with no appointment but if you live out of town and travel and then find out, they have no appointments or have to wait hours what’s the purpose of it. I’m going find another location to have my mammograms done from now on.

Please have the dicensy to answer the phone or return calls. I have called and no one answers, left messages and no one calls

Had an awesome experience here. The lady at the front desk saved the day. My script wasn't sent to their center. I called to get my provider to send it and they wouldn't forward it to her. She made it work for me when she could have shrugged her shoulders and told me to go home. She called to center and intervened on my behalf. I wish I got her name because she made a bad day better. The actual study was well done too! Thank you!

First of all, I will say that the actual mammogram was fine. The technician was friendly and competent, the facility was nice, and I received the results within about a week. The big problem was with the billing department. Although I came in for a routine mammogram, which was scheduled well in advance, it was billed as an "urgent care mammogram," perhaps because they asked me to check in at the urgent care desk. Very rude staff. No information, long wait, no respect for patients. Very bad experience at this place. Either to do XRay is awful!!!
