I DONT recommend living here at all. I had the worst experience I have ever had with a property management company. They never want to fix anything mold growing in windows and bathroom, the wash room dirty and floods every other day. Roaches and mice was found in my apartment they never did anything. They kept writing me with 5 day notices for stupid things and no evidence they gave me a 14 day termination of lease. I’m a single Mom of three and I’m homeless now. I've stayed here and woodland court and Layton grove all three have rodents management was very nice at woodland court but the hallways still smell of weed and cigarettes not to mention maintenance sucks for all three of these apartment complexes they don't care about you as long as they get their rent they don't care not to mention they let people grill on their porch I've had a mice infestation while living at all three of their locations rodents and bed bugs in the laundry room in woodland court and morgan grove and roach... read more

I wanna give compliments to a lady that works in the office. That’s an old school Wisconsin lady named Joanne. The people who own this company should give her accommodations and a raise. I also want to shout out to the maintenance guys that should be given special accommodations or raise or reward for their loyalty to the company and loyalty to their excellent work. STAY AWAY!! The place is dirty, not safe. Your packages and store room will get stolen all the time, and management will say that it's not their problem. Wall are dirty,storages full of stuff and garbage everywhere and leaks of water on the storage too. The laundry room is nasty and expensive. My appt got over 3 leaks in less than 2 months and mold!!!
