I lived here in the early 90s as a kid. Looking at the reviews today, it seems nothing has changed. Drugs, parents who let their kids run loose, trash and junk, cops coming often during the summer, etc. Attending Hoover was hard as well because we were made fun of for being "Hills kids." They can change the name from the Hills to Morgan Grove, but a dump will always be a dump. Save your money if able and find a better quality apartment complex to live in. The N2 building is nothing short of a disaster. The hallways are constantly filled with people’s trash and almost always smell. There seems to be little to no cleaning happening in these common areas. Kids are frequently running and screaming through the halls at all hours of the day, and neighbors often blast music late into the night. There is also a serious lack of respect for shared spaces and basic rules. People regularly drive their cars onto the grass and property just to unload directly into the building.
