I just want say that Dan is the BEST maintenance man that we have had and I have lived here 4 years. He spent 3 days working on my bathroom. A bad resurfacing job that was done years ago he came and restored my tub and it looks brand new. He also installed a new vanity sink because the old one was falling apart. He took his time.
