In addition to outstanding customer service, professionalism, carpet cleaning knowledge, and fair pricing, marvin’s kindness really stood out. He went out of his way to help my elderly mom with an area rug that had been badly soiled by her senior dog. raymond is very focused on doing the best carpet cleaning job possible and giving great customer service. Recently, i referred this carpet cleaning service to my daughter's pre-school director, Conner, in Hayward. Morgan Brothers Carpet Cleaning did an amazing job with communication and made my home feel fresh again. The pricing was fair, and I would gladly hire them again for several reasons. First, Marvin, Ernest, and the team removed strong pet odors from the carpet after puppy accidents, and the house smelled clean and ready for guests the very next day.
