Management is ok, but the apartment is pretty old. Not so sound proof, but very affordable. You get what you pay for I guess
I’d give a negative 100000 if I had the option. Never live in that building unless you want to die! I am not exaggerating about the danger. The bathroom ceiling collapsed and there’s been leaking issue ever since. It’s an inhabitable place. Never live there!
The rent is good. But the management is terrible. They do not fix things, and getting your security deposit back is painstaking.
