We've been going to Morena Pet Hospital for years and we totally love the Veterinarians and Techs, but some of new staff is not acceptable. The individual that attended me, didn't even appear to love animals and was slower than molasses. The staff that I used to work with before, were very attentive, provided excellent customer service and got you in and out in the most professional manner. Ugh... Do I stay because I love the Vets or stay and receive front office mediocre, half fast customer service??

Dr. Steib, Rebecca, and the entire staff at Morena Pet Hospital are incredible. So friendly, and easy going, my cat Ricky loved them too. He has some issues, but they continue to remain positive and offer really helpful recommendations. I am so grateful to have found them!
