Evil, crooked, deceitful, rude, and not the greatest at building. Be warned.
If I could do zero stars, then I would. I wouldn't touch one of these places ever again, not even with a 100ft pole!
Rented from them almost 4 years and had up to $500 utility Bill's due to house not being insulated and everything was out of date and from 2003 they kept all my deposit besides $95 over dumb stuff that's common when you rent somewhere just had new carpet put in only partially through the house and because I didnt hire someone is the biggest fee they put as to why they were keeping my money. Nobody would come clean carpet that needs replaced and I won't pay someone to either i did it myself about 8 times then realized it isnt... read more
Keep your end of obligations and you will be fine most places. I don't get the reviews on here. The girls in the office have always been good to us. I would not change a thing.
I have been more than pleased. Don't understand the bad reviews. Always respond promptly to issues. The only time I had a problem it was not them, it was the company they sent out to repair the tub, Tub Lady Plus One. Otherwise it has been a great experience.
