Horrible company and customer service. I did an annual swamp cooler tuneup. Keep in mind all worked optimally before they arrived. Technician advised I needed a float valve which I paid for. Then within a week the unit stopped working. They came back, same technician, extremely rude and acted unprofessional as if I inconvenienced him. I have just under $ 6,000 invested in a new evaporative cooler. The installation was poorly done. In addition, the unit keeps breaking down. They have sent a technician out three times and the unit will run for a while and then quit. I requested that they send him out again and no show and no call. I truly regret that I ever did business with this company.
