I first know Yari at a women's group event in Miami, I admired her professionalism and knowledge in the field of mental health, later I was in need to talk to a counselor and Yari was the first one to come to mind.. Since then, I been feeling more empowered and certain that my mental health is in good hands. I had already recommended Yari to my family and friends. I recommend Yari, because she is very professional on what she does, but more than that, she offers a safe space, she truly cares and she has a big heart.

Seeing Yari as my therapist has been an integral part of my healing journey. Her support, patience, and the safe space she never fails to create for me helped lead me toward embarking on the most healing and important project of my life. I know that as I carry that throughout the rest of my life, I’ll always be grateful for the way she truly listened, understood me, and helped me reconnect with myself. I’m still continuing my journey with her and couldn’t be more thankful for her guidance and care.

This was a great event. Ms. Sequeira did a great job facilitating and keeping the conversation going. While also providing us attendees with really good practical information about communication and where our communication type may stem from. I recommend attending the sessions.
