There’s barely any training. You get literally yelled at if you ask a wrong question or if someone complains. There’s no room for growth because they don’t want you questioning them. They claim you’re not allowed to do something until you ask them about a policy and THEN they change their story “ oh you can do that but..” frauds! They are holding their HR team back and their HR team is actually talented. I want so bad for them to leave and find something better. I would like to share my appreciation to Richard from the Hr department for providing me an outstanding onboarding experience. He was very professional and communicated with me throughout the process. His prompt responses and explanations made the process smooth.
