My husband and I have nothing but positive things to say about Mr. Moran and his properties. First, when renting from Moran Properties, you know you’re dealing with a real person with a family - not some major property management company where you’re just a dollar sign. We rented from him for a year and had no issues. He and his son take care of the lawn. The one maintenance request we had during our year there was fulfilled in a very timely manner. They denied my fiance and I because we have children but aren't yet married. Lead me with false hope yet tells my fiance we're denied and that he's not making very good decisions with his life. The audacity of this individual was baffling.
He will take your whole security deposit and try to make up fake charges for it. I have tracked down several people that told me he took their whole security deposit too. He’s a slum lord and needs to be shut down. DONT RENT FROM HIM
