Called to inquire about a rental house and was interrogated over the phone then denied because i hesitated on the breed of my service dog. This company is a joke. Whoever called me needs to be smacked in the mouth.
By far some of the best people we have ever rented from so far.
My husband and I have nothing but positive things to say about Mr. Moran and his properties. First, when renting from Moran Properties, you know you’re dealing with a real person with a family - not some major property management company where you’re just a dollar sign. We rented from him for a year and had no issues. He and his son take care of the lawn. The one maintenance request we had during our year there was fulfilled in a very timely manner. They denied my fiance and I because we have children but aren't yet married. Lead me with false hope yet tells my fiance we're denied and that he's not making very good decisions with his life. The audacity of this individual was baffling.
