I'm currently @ this dealership, frustrated because I asked for a complete diagnostic on my car, they said that I was having starting issues because of my battery. I asked my service advisor to please make sure that was going to be the only problem before I get the battery, now all the sudden they say I need a new starter after I already purchased the battery.... This is frustrating because I asked for all the problems first... Grrr
I bought my car from Moran in 2012 and I continue to go back to them for maintenance and repairs partially because of warranty but partially because of service. They do a fantastic job, they can be slightly slow sometimes but the outcome is always high quality which is much more important. Scott did an amazing job assisting me through a repair for my car that was just out of warranty. I appreciate their help and understanding. I Have taken my Equinox to them at least 6 times for the timing belt for a car I just bought. But they have yet to fix that or the grinding breaks. They sold me junk.
