Today was not a good experience. Have had in the past though. I felt like I am being punished like a little kid because I didn't make an apt for my seatbelt issue. First of all when u buy a new car they never say "oh my the way call & make repair apts don't just show up at 6:30 am, wait till 9:00am & be talked to rude cause you didn't ".
2nd time Lessee here - delt with Kol Gjojaj top notch Sales!!! In and out, no pressure, very knowledgeable.
Standing here waiting for a check from cashier. I JUST PAID cash for a service they DID NOT PERFORM. Good thing I checked before I left. Now, off to the bank to waste more time cashing a check from moran.
I have always been satisfied with their service, they are always on the lookout to keep the customers happy and satisfied.
My wife and I have leased three vehicles from them and they have been nothing but amazing. We won't be going anywhere else in the future.
Matt Stieber was my salesman and he worked his butt off to get me a new 2016 Malibu (which is such a great car, i am in love with it) In the future myself and my family will only deal with MATT. When i signed the paperwork i thanked him for everything he did, and he said " I just treat people how i would want to be treated if i was in their shoes" Which he certainly proved that.
MATT STIEBER IS THE MAN, THIS GUY FOUGHT TO MAKE A GREAT DEAL HAPPEN. VERY HARD WORKER AND A GREAT ASSET. THANKS MMMMAAATTTTT!!!!!!
