I absolutely loathe coming here to get my car serviced for an oil change. Even when I make an appointment, it consistently takes anywhere between 1.5-2 hours to get my oil changed. EVERY TIME, WITH AN APPOINTMENT. The last appointment I had was with Rob, who never showed up to the desk.
