I took my car in for service last Monday to have a "check engine" light addressed. When I picked it up the "Open Hood" alert was on on the dashboard. I pointed it out immediately but it was nearly closing time and I was told to bring it back bc there was no one there at the time who could fix it. I took it in this morning and was told that "the service tech says it was on when you brought it in on Monday. He just figured you knew. It will cost $267 to repair!!! Very professional and prompt. Car serviced in less than an hour. Only nit is they didn’t wash my car. Every dealer up to now have washed the car as part of the service. And it was warm enough.
