I have been trying to get in to get contacts, I called at 1 on Saturday and was told walk-ins are welcomed Monday-Wednesday till one. I come in this morning at 11am and was told by Itzel that walk-ins are 2 to 4. I came in at 2:30 and was told no walk-ins are being accepted. I dont understand how she said one thing and then says no walk-ins. Very unprofessional, I nor my family will NOT be coming back. Poor customer service.

This office has the best prices in town, don't charge extra if you have astigmatism for contact exam!
