I wanted to love this facility and call it home and got as far as having my friends help getting a car load to the front door and unload only to be confronted by the administrator who confronted me to say that corporate had changed their policy and my room was no longer available! I loved the salesperson Tom Gosdin who was extremely helpful and courteous throughout my horrible ordeal!
