Under new ownership.Beware! Definitely NOT the same quality of service we have seen for years. I was scheduled for service and when they arrived I was told they were not able to do those services that day. And then I was billed for the service in full as if it a complete service was done. The service techs were very helpful and knowledgeable. Their positive, cheerful attitude was a nice feature to an otherwise routine service call. Patrick and Bob arrived on time, were professional and completed the job quickly!
We had a wonderful experience with Mor-Air and highly recommend them for any/all HVAC needs!! They have been so easy to work with and very professional! We upgraded our system from just air to heat pump and the install techs were very fast even for the small attic access they had to work with! We needed additional registers in our existing HVAC system and contacted Mor-Air for a quote. They arrived when they said they would. After our in-person discussion, they recommended some additional work (correct a return duct and extend some other duct for better coverage). We agreed upon everything. They completed the work in the timeframe they quoted, cleaned everything before they left and every person was very professional. We highly recommend them!! Thank you for the work.
Mor-Air just recently did a total install at our home. I had received multiple quotes, and was so sticker shocked that a friend suggested I call them for an estimate. I am so glad that I did. The team did wonderful work and was very professional. They were able to install a system into an older home with ease. Our experience was wonderful from start to finish.
