Forget what I said about this Heil unit. It is only 4 years old and basically falling apart. have replaced capacitor, transformer, contactor, motor, motor wheel, blower housing, and damage to my garage ceiling from leak in the intake system. Have been charged $1,249 IN LABOR for 4 years of basically warranty items. Get a second deed of trust before you call for a service call.

Mor-Air responded right away this morning and came out and fixed our heat pump. I have used them for years, getting annual maintenance. They are professional, polite, and thorough. I know I can count on them.
