The service techs were very helpful and knowledgeable. Their positive, cheerful attitude was a nice feature to an otherwise routine service call. Patrick and Bob arrived on time, were professional and completed the job quickly!
We needed additional registers in our existing HVAC system and contacted Mor-Air for a quote. They arrived when they said they would. After our in-person discussion, they recommended some additional work (correct a return duct and extend some other duct for better coverage). We agreed upon everything. They completed the work in the timeframe they quoted, cleaned everything before they left and every person was very professional. We highly recommend them!! Thank you for the work.
We had a wonderful experience with Mor-Air and highly recommend them for any/all HVAC needs!! They have been so easy to work with and very professional! We upgraded our system from just air to heat pump and the install techs were very fast even for the small attic access they had to work with! No wait time, lower priced than several other HVAC companies I have dealt with over the past year. The crew was very respectful of my house and cleaned up nicely after the installation was complete. The scheduling department was top notch! Our new HVAC Heil unit is amazing and I would highly recommend Mor Air to anyone in need of HVAC repair or install! I am a highly satisfied customer! Mor-Air installed an HVAC system and a split unit in my house. John was very informative and he came the morning of installation to review and go over what was being done. The guys who installed the system were very polite, thoughtful, professional, and answered my questions. There was no mess, they cleaned up. I highly recommend Mor-Air.
