The Moot House is one of our favorite restaurants. Has been for a long time.
This used to be our favorite restaurant until they changed their menu and ruined our favorite dishes. I'm still looking for another restaurant that serves stuffed mushrooms as good as the ones the Moot House used to make (they used to be a delightful hot, buttery concoction but now they are cold and bland). They also ruined their wedge salad which was the best in town. We asked the manager if they would ever switch back and she told us "a lot of people want a lot of things and we can't make everyone happy." Haven't been back... read more
