As always, it was a positive experience at Skatvold's. Lisa does a thorough cleaning and makes it a comfortable and fun experience. It was good to meet the new dentist also.
Yesterday, I had a unique experience at Skatvold. When my name was called another lady stood up too. Now I did not stand up right away, so that was my fault, because I thought she knew something I didn't but as it turned out, I should have stood up too, but everyone eventually got to the right place. Now I have ALWAYS been treated with respect and dignity at Skatvold's, and I have always had a pleasant experience there, so I will always be grateful I get to come here. Lisa takes good care of me, and my teeth are staying healthy thanks to her careful care.
My first visit to Skatvold is more than I could have asked for! I usually hate going to the dentist but they made me want to visit on a regular basis! The staff was very friendly and knew all of their patients by name that walked through the door. I would highly recommend them to anyone!
I always experience excellent customer service at Skatvold Family Dentistry. I've been a patient here for over 20 years so they know me well, but they are very deliberate about getting to know their patients personally and treating them like family when they come in.
Dr. Skatvold and Brooke were so great with my 3 year old that they were able to do a full cleaning on him! Brooke explained each step so well! And Dr. Skatvold told my son to open his mouth wide like an alligator! When we got home, my son told my husband, "I was so awesome that I got prizes - a tooth bruth, little flosses, and a ladybug car!" Great job, Team Skatvold!

When I go to Skatvold's, I get far more than high quality care. I also know that their caring for people extends to those who otherwise wouldn't have quality dental care: many of the staff, including Dr. Skatvold, volunteer annually at a day of caring for those without routine care. This just brings home the point for me that the caring goes way beyond making money! I would recommend this staff to anyone.
Another awesome visit to Skatvold. This time I had my daughter with me and Erik was nice enough to include her in my exam/filling showing her what he was doing and answering questions she posed (she is 9 y/o)...she loved it. Thanks again, see you soon.
