This was my first appointment with Skatvold Dentistry, not my first time in the office. Where to start. The reception staff was warm and welcoming, so I felt comfortable immediately. My Hygienist Dani, and Dr. Seaborn are amazing. I used to hate going to the dentist, now I look forward to it. It's like running into an old friend and catching up. They treat you like that old friend, not as a stranger.
Quality through and through.
Pleasant, seems like a happy place to work, makes you comfortable, a bit costly when you don't have insurance, but not anything out of line with others I guess.
From the time you arrive at the dentist office you will find from the receptionist to the dentist the most caring people there are. They make you feel this is where you belong and fill your needs from the time you arrive until you are done.
The automated registration process is quick. The front desk associates are friendly and helpful. The professional staff listens to concerns and endeavors to comply. If they could just find a way to get rid of all my years of dental office anxiety everything would be perfect.
Staff and care were excellent.
Dr. Skatvold and Dr. Seaborn are professional, thorough, and friendly. Our family has been going to Dr. Skatvold for many years. Helpful and friendly staff! Great with kids!
