Dr. Olive was unable to answer simple questions. I would not suggest going there. He doesn't feel the need to even read the fine print on the back of the products he is selling to you. The kickback from Bausch and Lomb must be huge!
My experience at Moore's Mill has been horrible. Its been at least 9 months since I first got my eye exam from them. They can't seem to get my prescription right. I finally asked them to make me a pair of glasses with my old prescription. They said they did. I went to another eye care doctor and they said that the prescription was not the one I was suppose to have. Moore's mill lied. They said I would have to pay more if I wanted them to make me anymore glasses. I'm now suffering from headaches and I've started having silent... read more
Dr. Olive and his staff were wonderful!! They took their time with me so, I did not feel like I was being rushed in and out the door. Dr. Olive explained exactly why I needed glasses (with pictures of MY eyes). With other doctors, I have been handed a prescription and just told I was nearsighted or farsighted. I tell ya...It makes a big difference when you see what the doctor is talking about. I will DEFINITELY be back to MOORE'S MILL EYEWEAR!!!!
Beyond pleased with the quality of care, technology, customer service and knowledge. And they let me "play"with all the eye glasses and helped me find my perfect fit ;). I highly recommend!
