My wife and I have been using Moores Mill Animal Hospital since 2017. Dr. Puckett has made us feel like friends rather than clients. Dr. Poole and Dr. Ware are both extremely personable as well. All three of these veterinarians seem to genuinely care about every pet that comes through the door. The support staff; including the vet techs, groomers, office manager and front desk personnel are all top notch. I have two senior dogs, one 14 year old and one 10 year old who moved to Auburn from their longtime vet in Andalusia. Dr. Poole and the staff were great with them! They made it quick and painless even with a nail trim. I appreciated them listening to what treatments have worked in the past for skin issues and being on board to continue those treatments!
Outstanding pet care!!! Everyone here is caring. Excellent medical care. My Cat had a bladder stone removed . Dr. Puckett did the surgery. And was so great and very nice and personable. I really like him. They are very welcoming, warm and super caring. I highly recommend this veterinarian..

I love this office. Not one person has me saying I love them more. I feel like I am being heard and listened to. When Waffle started having orthopedics issue, I felt I was receiving the best care for him. I didn't mind paying for xrays and I love how they restrained for sedating him to get the images. Amazing clinic! New to area, and first time visit. I was blown away by facilities and staff. The receptionists were friendly and able to work a convienent appointment for my pup. The technicians were awesome and friendly. The Doctors (especially Dr. Pluckett) were knowledgeable, friendly and took amazing care of Winnie. Would definitely recommend to anybody.
My big boy, Clooney, actually thinks we’re going to visit friends! He just walks in wagging his tail and goes off to visit like I’m not even there! I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my boxer, ever! �
