Beyond obsessed with the staff and business after my first visit! They currently offer curbside(wonderful service during a pandemic, even better system on transferring animals to and from the building,) which gave me an extremely low stress visit. Not only was the technicians and front desk staff UNBELIEVABLY kind, but Dr. Lamb gave me a step by step plan with multiple options to best fit my sweet Dog and her ears/skin. I can’t say enough about MMAH!! They are absolutely wonderful! We have used them for all of our dogs! They’ve been there every step of the way and always give fantastic and compassionate care. Most recently our old guy Rex has had several surgeries and each time he has done so well with recovery. I’m thankful beyond words for their care! Also, we’ve used every doctor there and they are ALL amazing. Thank you MMAH!
Moores Mill Animal Hospital was recommended by a friend here in Waverly. Being new to the area I had no idea who to choose for my new Vet and I needed one immediately. I love the Doc’s here, they are wonderful, smart and just on point. My dog was diagnosed basically at the first appointment for a fairly rare illness. He needed surgery to confirm, but Dr. Ware was right on with her suspicions. Many vets aren’t familiar with the treatment for this illness as they don’t see it often, but Dr. Poole and Dr. Puckett knew exactly what to do. Dr Poole was wonderful during our dog's last few weeks with kidney disease. She always liked Dr Poole and he was very kind to her (and us) during her last appointment.
Everyone here cares...everyone here is concerned and helpful! I wasn't fast enough with opening the door, and 58 lb. Fox literally tried to leap through the window of our car to kiss Dr. Lamb this week! We feel like family, and love and appreciate all the staff at MMAH. I've had many fur babies and a number of vets over the past 50 years, and MMAH is the BEST ever!💕
