I've been a tenant for almost 2 years on the first floor and it has been an extremely terrible experience as there is an infestation problem that hasn't been addressed accordingly. Yes, there has been treatments but they all are not effective and the infestation is getting worse. It seems that I would have to throw out all my electronics as they've been nesting in these areas. Awful place to live! Don't recommend!
It looks great until you move in. They don’t take care of anything and the pool is barely open for 8 weeks
DO NOT listen to the fake 5 stars the building maintenance and communication is terrible cleanliness the building is literally falling apart it and no one fixes anything properly it is disgusting, there are cockroaches ,pipes leak on cars and damage your paint elevators are down constantly water is cold constantly they come Into units without telling you there is still a lot of work to be done to be a better place to live
