DO NOT listen to the fake 5 stars the building maintenance and communication is terrible cleanliness the building is literally falling apart it and no one fixes anything properly it is disgusting, there are cockroaches ,pipes leak on cars and damage your paint elevators are down constantly water is cold constantly they come Into units without telling you there is still a lot of work to be done to be a better place to live
This house they offer is a very nice and the people are very respectful

My boyfriend has been living here for around 8 years. While I myself have only been living here for 2 years. There's been a few issues with the building itself (issues with water shut offs due to what seem like forever ongoing repairs). However, that being said, some of the staff are very helpful. Mason from maintenance is fantastic and is always willing to help out and ensure issues are actually resolved.
