67 years old and finally admitted, I probably need glasses. My son set it up and in we went. Front office ladies acknowledged us soon as we entered and were very friendly. On to the back and I really appreciated the fun personality. Set me at ease. When Dr. Venard came in, it only took a split second for me to relax. He did the exam and talked me through the findings. Great experience! I was seen in a timely manner and all my questions were answered. I was given a new prescription for glasses and I can see so much better.
I would not go anywhere else for vision care. Dr Venard always explains any changes in eye sight and answers all my questions. He works with me until I am satisfied with contacts. The office staff is very helpful.
Great people, extremely personable & professional. I leave there feeling like family. Dr Venard is very thorough & will take the time to explain anything you ask.
