I would not recommend Moore Restoration to my worst enemy they started restoration on our house in March ********************************************************************** our bedroom is still leaking .If they had sent a competent supervisor with a competent employee that did not know what they were doing this would be different but I'm just stating the facts.The only time the supervisor came out to check what was going on was when I called with a complaint.I finally called the office and they sent out the supervisor and... read more
Our home burned down which left only ********* shell of our ranch standing. Moore Restoration restored the home completely. They were very helpful, flexible, understanding, and knowledgable. Their team was superb and did an excellent job from the roof, floor layout, floors, electrical, new windows, and plumbing. Staying within a budget from the insurance company, it was rebuilt to a home we can be very proud of. The quality of the work is excellent.
I am extremely frustrated and disappointed in Moore Restoration. There was a fire in one of my rental properties. My insurance company contacted Moore to do the Restoration. I was comforted by the restoration agent on the day of the fire (Nov.29) and was told I did not have to even be present when they did the work because they would take care of everything. During the course of an insurance emergency claim, there is a process that must be followed, including but not limited to fire investigation, adjuster inspection, winterization of the building at the request of the adjuster to reduce liability of secondary damages. Moore was contacted by the insured's agent to inspect and assist in facilitating access for the fire investigator and adjuster. The boardup to the property was already complete. We hired Moore for mitigation/restoration services after a small leak was detected under our kitchen sink in July of 2019. We were very happy with the initial mitigation services we received (drying out the water damage and making sure there was no mold)--but unfortunately, that's the only good thing I can say about this company. Unfortunately most of these allegations are correct. These problems were the result of very poor Project Management from a Project Manager that was new to the company and claimed he had much more experience than he did. We were not aware of the severity of the problems till far too long in the repair process. Once we became aware of the problems with this specific Project Manager, he was let go from the company. RecommendedThe crew did an excellent job, showed up when they said they would, cleaned up well after the work was done. the paid extra attention to matching the shingles, color of paint to match and also the color of the gutters to match. they even left the remaining paint so I can do some touch up.
These guys made a horrible situation. —We had a septic issue. —- so much better ! We have it resolved and it clearly was the worse thing I have had to help do! BUT——. Moore’s Restoration and other friends are life savers. Thank you. This is my review for them—- I had a black water situation that was basically completely something that was horrible for me.
