Greg couldn't have been more helpful or easy to work with. Dale did a great job running the job once we got started. And lastly, Andy and Tony were incredible with the work they did and how they treated my home, and family. And it was like it was their own house, and by the time they left, my 4 year old felt like they were friends. I can't recommend the First OnSite team in Indianapolis enough!

First Onsite crew did an excellent job from beginning to end. Especially the Project Manager who was onsite daily doing measurements and ensuring proper placement of the equipment. Would definitely use this firm again!

My experience with First On Site was great. The first person they send out was Will Alumbaugh. He is was so easy to work with and showed up the next day on time. He explained everything and answered all my questions. He made me feel right away that this was a company I could trust. Within a couple days the project Manager Dale called me to set up a time to come and look things over. Dale as well was fantastic. This company provides poor quality repair jobs and hides behind short warranties in hopes that consumers do not notice their shoddy work before the warranty expires. Avoid this company at all costs, Michael at First Onsite is scamming the public. His workers claimed to fix my leaking roof, instead they simply painted over water damage causing another leak to appear in the same spot. I am working with the Attorney General's office to ensure others are not scammed by this company.
