Terrible property management and communications. We had problems with mold, water running into the building, holes in the walls, and they never provided hot water in the bathroom of the communal space that the lower suites share. There was also no hot water provided in our space so I bought a hot water heater myself and had it installed, but “water is included in the rent”; just not hot water. When I moved to Lowertown Paducah 10 years ago, I just randomly (luckily) happened to be the Moore's neighbor. Now, 10 years later, it was Leslie who sold us our house just a few blocks down and Moore Real Estate who serves as our property manager for our rental unit. Professional, courteous, responsive, smart - I could not ask for two better people with whom to work and be neighbors!

Leslie Haywood-Moore was the agent that helped us rent our house and manage the property for 5 years. She did an excellent job. She kept us informed everytime any repairs or problems came up - we lived about 200 miles away. She asked whether we wanted to spend money on needed repairs. We did not communicate directly with the three families who rented it during these 5 years because she handled all situations while keeping us informed.
