Within 1 hour of me calling they had 2 technicians out, Ramiro & Mike were both friendly and professional. The garage door needed a bit of adjustment / maintenance and both of these men performed quality and detailed work. I stood there and watched out of curiosity and Ramiro answered any questions I had and educated me on the process. Hands down quality customer care. We would just like to share our experience with Moore Overhead Door company. My mother had called another door company to come out and repair a broken spring not sure what else was wrong but... not only did they charge for a service call they also wanted originally $671.00 almost $700+possibly other charges.!!! 😲 ? The crew at Moore Overhead Door is outstanding - punctual, thorough and exacting. Plus, they came out to my parents' not-exactly-close house almost immediately to fix their garage door opener so they could get their car outside. You don't always need a garage door company, but when you do, you usually need them NOW. And Moore Overhead Door is the one you want to call.
