Our dog had a swollen neck so we called to see if they could take a look at her, she ended up having a rattlesnake bite, they were quick to treat her and gave us updates on her condition regularly. She is home and is making a quick recovery. Definitely recommend for emergencies!!
Such a pleasant experience. We were traveling through and needed a last minute appointment to get our cats vaccines for crossing the border into Canada. They were so accommodating! They were going to let us in that evening as we were three hours away on our drive. We were running late and they let us reschedule for the morning no problem. We brought our cat in for an emergency urinary blockage. After taking him to the back for vitals, no one spoke to us for over two hours. We received no updates about where he was, how he was doing, or what the treatment plan was. A brief check-in from staff would have made a huge difference. They didn’t seem particularly busy, we kept hearing them checking on rooms right next to us. We absolutely love the folks at Moore Lane. Recently, we had an emergency with my sweet dog Chuck, when he got into a pack of sugar-free gum at 9 pm on a Sunday evening. We felt so thankful to be able to bring him right into Moore Lane, where he ended up being hospitalized for 4 days while he recovered. Throughout his stay, everyone took such amazing care of him, and the veterinarians called us (at least) twice each day to update us on his condition.
