Impressed This was my first time seeing Dr. Moore. He was really thorough and took the time to listen to me. I really like his approach of trying to find the real cause of my problem. He was down to earth and easy to talk to. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a GI Dr. I was 100% satisfied and impressed.
Very Good This is the second time to see Dr. Moore and was I impressed with the first visit. He ordered the tests that I needed which finally diagnosed my issues after months of worry and testing else where. Dr. Moore and staff made me very comfortable and put me at ease at a stressful time. He was attentive to me and I appreciate that. I was very impressed from start to finish and have already recommended him to others.
Excellent Excellent in every way. Smooth and efficient check in. Prep RN was friendly and knowledgable. The actual procedure.... Well hard to go wrong when you sleep through it! Recovery was top notch, snacks, friendly people, visit from Dr. I can't think of anything that I could suggest to improve.
Very Good The doctor who performed the endoscopy was warm and comforting. I felt more confident after we spoke. We felt confused after our initial visit with the physician s assistant. How many meds...for how long.. Etc ..More info would've helped ease our worries over this allergy exposure.
Very Good This was my 3rd colonoscopy, my 2nd with Dr. Moore. Even though I have experience with this procedure, I appreciated Dr. Moore taking time to talk with me about the procedure before and then coming to take with me in recovery about what he found. Will definitely be coming back to see Dr. Moore for my 4th colonoscopy! I have told family & friends that need a colonoscopy, to call Dr. Moore.
Great I love Dr. Moore. He really cares about his patients and you know it because he remembers you and your medical background. You can tell that he is well educated in his field and knows what treatment or treatments that are needed. I feel very comfortable in his care.
Very Good I have been suffering for a long time from a bowel issue. The PA, Spencer, spent considerable time with me assessing my symptoms and life style. He consulted with Dr. Moore and the two of them then consulted with me. They suggested three solutions: a comprehensive lab test, avoiding foods containing milk for 3-4 weeks to see the results, and keeping a food journal. I felt well listened to and concern from both professionals. Thank you so much.
Very Friendly The staff was friendly and concerned. The nurse was very helpful with getting the IV in. I had to wait over 30 minutes for surgery in robe, and I was very cold. I was given warm blankets. The doctor was very personable and answered all questions. Recovery nurses were helpful and kind.
Very Nice I was very nervous for this procedure (EGD) as I had never had one before. Both Nurses that attended to me (Lorrie and I believe Tina) were both so helpful and patient to answer each of my questions and assure me everything would be fine. When I was taken back to meet Dr. Moore, he was just as nice and patient to explain everything - taking extra time to explain the procedure and what I would go through. I really appreciated all of the Staff and the comfort they gave me!
