Excellent Care and Assistance Everyone was friendly and helpful. From a blind person's perspective people listening is very important. From the receptionist to the discharge nurse I received excellent care and assistance. I know having a guide dog in a hospital is not necessarily the ideal situation but greatly appreciated. Thank you all.

Impressive Level of Care Inasmuch as any colonoscopy can be said to be a pleasant experience, this was made more so by the outstanding staff during my procedure. Jonas and Mary made sure I was warm and comfortable before the procedure, and worked diligently to minimize any discomfort or anxiety on my part. I had some issues with a malfunctioning blood pressure cuff that kept over inflating, causing considerable pain. Once the cuff was replaced, everything went smoothly. Very Kind and Efficient First of all, the procedure was done on time. Everyone that attended to me were very kind and efficient. Everything that was done was first explained to me so I knew what was going on all the time. I was put at ease all the time.

Very Friendly Very friendly staff. Let me know what was expected and it went as planned. Was a good recomendation from a friend, and I would recomend to a friend as well.

Very Helpful and Responsive The staff was very helpful. Answered any questions that I had. There,s not much to say other than as far as the workers there they were great. The rest I don"t remember. I will go back to the same place when it comes time to have the same thing done again.

Extremely Knowledgeable and Skilled, Truly Caring Dr. Moore has been my physician since 2011. He is one of the kindest and most caring physicians I have ever had. Not only is he extremely knowledgeable and skilled, but he truly cares about his patients.

Great i felt the doctor did a great job, explaning things to me and he had a very good bedside manner. i felt maby i found a doctor who may finally be able to help me with my colitis. yay

Good Experience The overall experience was better than expected. The new prep experience was better than the one I had 10 years ago. Dr. was great about explaining the process and wanted to make sure all of my questions were answered before they put me under. I woke up feeling great, not groggy at all.

Very Detailed I always hate going out and having procedures done but I felt safe, taken care of and aware. Dr. Moore was very detailed about what he saw and some changes to make to perhaps alleviate issues down the road.
